Some websites Ive checked Say different things for the words. I would like someone to tell me that really speaks and knows the language..

Arabic Horse Names and Meanings...?
(al-ameera al-baydaa) means (white princess)

(bayad al-thalej) means (snow white)

(remal al-sahra) means (desert sand)

and i am sure of everything i wrote
Reply:Amira means princess (its my name XD)

Zahra means like a rose or flower

i am arabian XD Report Abuse

Reply:One thing you need to know about the answers you get is that Arabic words have gender. Aabiad is the masculine form of white and Baida is the feminine form. Even with the translations I give you below, there are multiple Arabic words for each of the six words you give above. There could be an endless debate on the correct translations. I have used some of the more common word translations.

Amira Baida would mean White Princess.

Aabiad Kay-al-Thelj would be Snow White

Rumal al-Sahra is Desert Sand
Reply:The previous answerer wrote them out for you correctly in Arabic and my suggestion is that you actually hear an Arabic speaker read those out to you. Then you'll know how they should sound and how you'd like to spell them in English. :)

I like the Desert Sand one, but a little note if you like it too...the English pronunciation of "Sahara" is actually wrong. It is not sa-HA-ra but sah-RAA (the h is not silent; and the a is an open sound, kinda like in the words "are" and "all").
Reply:Princess = Ameera

White = Baidhah...(bay'dah)

White Princess = Ameera Baidhah.

Zahraa means Flower.
Reply:White Princess = الاميره البيضاء = Al Amira al bayda'e, but most Arabs would prononce it as: Al Amira Al bidah

Snow White = بياض الثلج = bayad attalj

Desert Sand = رمال الصحراء = Rimal Sahara ( its probably the easiest one for you in the list)

flower White = زهرة بيضاء = A Zahra Al bidah (or bayda'e in Modern standard Arabic)
